THE MAIN CD SERVICES DATABASE HOLDS IN EXCESS OF 700,000 CD & DVD ENTRIES!

For technical reasons, our entire database will not be accessible on-line for some time to come, but here are some rough database figures that offer a clue as to what we are dealing with on a day-to-day basis.

ABOUT THE CD SERVICES CATALOGUES
For the past decade we have been producing Catalogues & Supplements in several different genres. All have been compiled, prepared and produced with a great deal of attention to detail, with most of them featuring basic Artist, Title, Stock Number & Price listings that include ‘New Releases’, some with Special Pre-Release Prices, and a selection of one-off ‘Special Offer’ titles. Our booklets are packed with reviews & descriptions of music in specific specialist categories, and some can be quite extensive. We believe that our reviews are second to none when it comes to giving detailed accurate information about the music we promote. When we review an album we try to be as accurate as possible, giving you the best possible indication as to what it is really like, whilst making every effort to keep it entertaining at the same time. We tend to mix big names with new ones, and bearing this in mind, you will find that many of our ‘featured’ bands and artists may well be totally unknown to you at first, but we put them there because we believe that they all have the potential to become the big names of the future, and quite a few of our past featured artists already have done exactly that! Over the past few years we have expanded the “Genre" based specialist catalogues, bringing a style geared toward a specific audience into a particular Artist or Band. These included in-depth and mini reviews of all available titles by the musician(s) concerned, plus releases by other acts that either sound like, or had taken influences from our featured name, where we felt the music was likely to appeal to their fan-base. In the case of bands, we also featured solo projects by individual group members, plus any associated side projects they were involved with. For the past few years we have been issuing 'Bargain Basement' catalogues. These are devoted entirely to Sale & Special Offer titles we are currently holding in stock, and from these, you can pick up some pretty amazing items at quite unbelievable prices! ALL OF THESE IDEAS HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED INTO WHAT YOU NOW SEE IN OUR ON-LINE SHOP, WITH REVIEWS AVAILABLE IN EACH DEPARTMENT’S DEDICATED ‘FEATURED’ SECTIONS
